If country is part of the World Senate then the country president is also a world representative.The world representatives are composed from the country president of world senate member countries. A country will join the world senate when the majority of the citizens of the country voted so on the country page.

The world representatives in the World Senate Game are the presidents of the countries that are part of the world senate governing body.
