You can also earn all the listed advantages in the game with no need to invest real money if you prefer so.
Also the max points of energy and health bars for PRO citizens are 200, instead of 100 for normal citizens and there are items/buildings/upgrades that can only be purchased by PRO citizens in-game.
A citizen can upgrade to PRO Premium Membership either with 200 Gold/week, with manual renew or pay a one time fee of $5 for lifetime PRO Membership with no need to renew.
