If country is part of the World Senate then the country senators are also world senators. The world senators are composed from all the country senators of world senate member countries. A country will join the world senate when the majority of the citizens of the country voted so on the country page.

The world senators in the World Senate Game are the senators of the countries that are part of the world senate governing body.
