Inside the game you can vote on a player profile for president/senator if is the same country as you or country is part of world senate. The votes are calculated once monthly to designate the new country president and the 20 senators for the country. The citizen with most votes becomes the country president and next 20 citizens by number of votes are made country senators. If country is part of the World Senate then the country president is also a world representative and the senators will also be world senators.
